This library of 6 resources was part of The Artist’s Survival Guide 2022 programme. As well as delivering a workshop in response to topics identified from consulting students at Lancaster University, Blackpool College of Art, and members of Good Things Collective, we commissioned each of the artists or artist collectives to produce an online resource that would have a permanent place on our website. This means that the content of the workshops is available more broadly than those able to attend in person, making the network of support established by the project extend much further.

Some of the resources contain valuable advice and wisdom; some seek to inform you about the landscape of the visual art world; whilst others offer practical activities designed to boost your self-belief.

We hope you find them useful!
