A public workshop making edible art.

For the Harvest Market, and linked to the first Lancaster Health Festival, GRAFT worked with artist duo Foodsketz to run a free public workshop. Foodsketz demonstrated how to make sauerkraut from local produce, which was packaged into jars as colourful edible artworks for visitors to take away. The drips and splashes from the making process was captured on fabric and presented as a collaborative art work.

All were welcome to drop by and have a go at making an edible and beautiful piece of art!
